Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Far Gazing, we are committed to getting your high-performance optics into your hands safely and swiftly. To ensure the highest level of service and reliable delivery times, we currently sell and ship exclusively to customers within the United States.

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Shipping Destinations: We specialize in serving the United States market. All orders are dispatched directly from our network of US-based distribution partners and manufacturer warehouses to ensure fast delivery.
  • Domestic Shipping (USA): We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
  • International Shipping: At this time, fargazing.com is optimized exclusively for US delivery. We do not currently ship to Canada or other international destinations.

2. Processing & Handling Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
  • Handling Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days. You will receive an automated tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

3. Transit & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (typically UPS, FedEx, or USPS), our typical transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your specific location, manufacturer transit lanes, and carrier volumes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website to see its real-time progress.

5. Shipping Damage & Issues

Your optics gear is valuable and fragile. We take great care in our logistics, but if your item arrives damaged from transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@fargazing.com with clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can immediately make it right.
