Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Method: All returns are handled by mail. To start a return, contact us at sales@fargazing.com. Please include your order number and photos of the product. Once your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions.
Return Shipping Cost:

For defective/damaged products: No cost (Free).

For customer remorse (e.g., you changed your mind): No cost (Free). Gregorius Ecommerce LLC provides pre-paid labels for all valid returns.
Product Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition (the same condition that you received it), unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@fargazing.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There are no additional fees for returning defective items.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Sale items are eligible for returns and refunds under this same policy.
Restocking Fees: Gregorius Ecommerce LLC dba Far Gazing does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
