Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Far Gazing (operated by Gregorius E-Commerce). We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium sports optics. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility & Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unworn, or unused condition (the exact same condition in which you received it), with all original tags attached, and must be returned in its original product packaging.
3. How to Start a Return (Return Method)
All returns are processed securely by mail. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and include photos of the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Defective or Damaged Products: Free (No cost to the customer).

Customer Remorse (e.g., changed your mind): Free (No cost to the customer).

Restocking Fees: Gregorius E-Commerce does not charge any restocking or handling fees on returned items.
Far Gazing provides pre-paid return shipping labels for all valid, authorized returns.
5. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or that you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at sales@fargazing.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There are no additional fees or penalties for returning defective items.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the specific item you want is to initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you are welcome to make a separate, new purchase for the alternative item on our store.
7. Refunds & Processing Time
We will notify you via email once we have received, inspected, and processed your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note: All promotional and sale items are fully eligible for returns and refunds under this exact same policy.
